Episode 8: An interview with Annie Duke, author of Thinking in Bets: Making Smarter Decisions When You Don’t Have All the Facts. Ms. Duke has devoted her career to the study of decision-making under pressure, combining her academic studies in cognitive psychology at the University of Pennsylvania with real-life decision making at the poker table. She is the only woman to have won both the World Series of Poker Tournament of Champions and the NBC National Poker Heads-Up Championship. She is also the co-founder of the Alliance for Decision Education, an organization dedicated to improving lives by empowering students to be better decision-makers in the modern world.
