A reference work designed to help judges understand and deal more effectively with employment discrimination and civil rights actions. The manual includes separate analyses of each of the various statutes relied upon in such actions. It also includes selected jury instructions used by federal judges in such actions, as an aid for judges in preparing instructions. This publication has been produced in a loose-leaf format to facilitate revision.
