This program provides on-site consultations to district and bankruptcy courts that want to establish a court-based alternative dispute resolution program or enhance or examine an existing program. The assistance offered is tailored to each court's specific needs and is provided by highly qualified judges, administrators, and scholars. The program is funded by a grant from the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation to the Federal Judicial Center Foundation pursuant to 28 U.S.C. - 629.
Federal Judicial Center Operational Status:
Due to a lapse in appropriations, the Federal Judicial Center (Center) has ceased all non-excepted activities until funding is restored.
The Center will post any changes in operational status on this web page. Please check back for updates.
