Judge Koku Dzifa (Thierry) Kokoroko served as a criminal investigations judge on the Tribunal of First Instance and First Class, Lome, Togo. During his fellowship at the Center, Judge Kokoroko worked on a paper exploring judicial independence and the complex relationship between Togo’s judiciary and the executive branch.
