At the request of the Judicial Conference Committee on Court Administration and Case Management (CACM), the Federal Judicial Center reviewed the local court rules of bankruptcy courts to identify rules requiring redaction of specified private information from court filings.
Federal Judicial Center Operational Status:
Due to a lapse in appropriations, the Federal Judicial Center (Center) has ceased all non-excepted activities until funding is restored.
