Chief Deputy Clerk Mike Ruhnow transmits the roster of the Northern District of Texas's Civil Justice Advisory Group to Barbara Quartelli of the Administrative Office. The district's advisory group is divided into subgroups of Dallas, Fort Worth, and West Texas.
