Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit
Nominated by Franklin D. Roosevelt on June 1, 1933, to a seat vacated by John Hazelton Cotteral. Confirmed by the Senate on June 1, 1933, and received commission on June 1, 1933. Served as chief judge, 1956-1959. Assumed senior status on March 1, 1961. Service terminated on September 22, 1963, due to death.
