In August, Deputy Director Clara Altman, Judge David Hamilton (CA7), and Judge Sara Ellis (NDIL) traveled to South Korea for an exchange with Korean judges, JRTI professors, and Institute research staff. Topics of discussion included judicial independence, court administration, and each country’s approach to providing judicial branch education.
