More detailed information on federal court caseloads is available in the Annual Report of the Director of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts and the Judicial Business of the United States. [1] Prior to 1935, does not include the Court of Appeals of the District of Columbia. Also does not include the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit after its creation in 1982.
