Judge, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio
Nominated by Theodore Roosevelt on January 6, 1905, to a seat vacated by Francis Joseph Wing. Confirmed by the Senate on January 10, 1905, and received commission on January 10, 1905. Service terminated on November 25, 1910, due to death.
