U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho: Legislative History

July 3, 1890 26 Stat. 215	Congress organized Idaho as one judicial district, authorized one judgeship for the U.S. District Court, and assigned the district to the Ninth Circuit.
June 25, 1948 62 Stat. 895	Congress transferred the portions of Yellowstone National Park situated in Idaho and Montana to the District of Wyoming.
February 10, 1954 68 Stat. 8	One additional judgeship authorized.
