Congress established the U.S. Circuit Court for the District of Nevada and assigned it to the Tenth Circuit.

Congress reorganized the circuits and assigned the District of Nevada to the Ninth Circuit.

Congress abolished the U.S. circuit courts, effective January 1, 1912.
