Supervising Architect: James G. Hill
The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas met here until 1932; the U.S. Circuit Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas met here until that court was abolished in 1912.
Since 1997, the building has been used by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
