Extension completed in 1931.
Supervising Architect of extension: James A. Wetmore
Building used by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas; the U.S. Circuit Court for the Southern District of Texas met here until that court was abolished in 1912.
Still in use by various federal agencies.
