Supervising Architect: James G. Hill
Building used by the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania beginning in 1901; the U.S. Circuit Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania met here from 1901 until that court was abolished in 1912.
Razed in 1965.
