The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia met here from 1896, prior to completion, until the creation of the Middle District in 1926; the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia met here from 1926 until 1934; U.S. Circuit Court for the Northern District of Georgia met here from 1896, prior to completion, until that court was abolished in 1912.
Sold in 1934 and razed in the 1950s.
