Completed in 1880.
Supervising Architect: James G. Hill
The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia met here until 1910; the U.S. Circuit Court for the Northern District of Georgia met here until 1910; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit met here from 1902 until 1910.
Sold to city in 1910, used as city hall, and later razed.
