Robert Nicholson - Western Australia

Justice Robert D. Nicholson from the Supreme Court of Western Australia was the first visiting fellow at the Center. On sabbatical leave from his court, Justice Nicholson used his time at the Center to learn about the history and practices of the U.S. courts. He used his findings for a paper he ultimately published in The Australian Law Journal, "Judicial Independence and Accountability: Can They Co-exist?"
