IRAQ

In 2011, the Chief Justice of Iraq, Medhat Al Mahmood, visited the Center with colleagues from the Court of Cassation and the Judicial Development Institute. The program, coordinated by the Department of Commerce Commercial Law and Development Project, included a dialogue about the judicial systems of Iraq and the United States and sessions focusing on strategies to develop judicial branch education.
