Visiting Fellows from Bulgaria and Japan
Judge Radoslava Kacherilska from the Sofia Regional Court in Bulgaria and Judge Tomohiro Nakajima from the Niigata District Court in Japan are Visiting Fellows at the Center this spring. Both judges are exploring the use of information technology to facilitate court administration and access to justice.
