Faculty Development Workshop on Adjudicating Terrorism Cases: India
The Center and the National Judicial Academy of India have collaborated on a series of workshops to develop a teaching module introducing best practices for the adjudication of terrorism cases. The third workshop was held in April at the Academy in Bhopal, India. The CEELI Institute, a Czech NGO, has facilitated this project, with funding from the U.S. Department of State Counter-Terrorism Bureau.
