Visiting Foreign Judicial Fellows from Egypt and Brazil

The Federal Judicial Center is hosting two new Visiting Foreign Judicial Fellows: Judge Mohamed Mamdouh Youssef from Cairo, Egypt (pictured at left) and Prosecutor Affonso Ghizzo Neto from Santa Catarina State, Brazil (pictured at right). Judge Youssef will study judicial administration, including the use of court performance standards to promote efficiency and accountability. Mr. Neto will focus his research on strategies employed in the United States to combat public sector corruption.
