Judge Jan E. Dubois writes to Civil Justice Advisory Group chairman Robert M. Landis in order to request a meeting in which he can present his opinions and experiences with the Eastern District of Pennsylvania's Civil Justice Expense and Delay Reduction Plan, particularly those aspects of the plan that relate to Alternative Dispute Resolution.
