Any cash remaining in the Fund after distribution to the class shall be distributed pursuant to further orders of this court to one or more educational or charitable institutions, such institutions to be designated by (plaintiff’s counsel, plaintiff’s lead counsel, agreement of lead counsel for the parties), subject to the approval of the court. (Plaintiff’s counsel, Plaintiff’s lead counsel, Lead counsel for the parties) shall (may) give consideration to contribution of all or part of such remaining cash in the Fund to the Federal Judicial Center Foundation (for the purpose of carrying out the mission of the Federal Judicial Center to provide education and training for federal judges and federal court personnel). Such contribution may be given to the Federal Judicial Center Foundation generally, or may be given for the purpose of funding specific projects of the Center, which have been approved by the Center Board.
