Staff training for CM/ECF requires time and energy, sometimes more than expected. Staff from a bankruptcy court (D. Wyo.) and district court (D. Neb.), both of which recently converted to CM/ECF, share their experiences with training. They offer insights into dealing with fear factors, how and when to begin training, coping with existing work while training, and the value of mentor courts.
