This program provides, for foreign visitors, an overview of the Center and its responsibilities. Judge William W Schwarzer, director of the Center, introduces the program, which then uses graphics and footage of employees at work to show the wide range of activities and issues that the Center is involved in. This program is shown to foreign visitors who come to the Center.
