Zubulake v. UBS Warburg

Judge Shira A. Scheindlin, United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, issued five groundbreaking opinions in the case of Zubulake v. UBS Warburg. Zubulake is generally considered the first definitive case in the United States on a wide range of electronic discovery issues.
