World Bank: Worldwide Legal and Judicial Indicators
The Legal and Judicial Sector at a Glance database provides access

and developed countries. The database has been developed by the Legal
Vice Presidency's Knowledge Management Cluster (LEGKM) at the World

Federal Judicial Television Network
The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child
Abduction provides a process for returning children who have been
abducted by a parent so that the other parent's custody rights can
be legally protected. While state and federal courts have concurrent
jurisdiction over these cases, an increasing number of cases are
being heard in federal courts. This program examines the Convention,
the enabling legislation, and the case law that has interpreted both.
