STATE-FEDERAL JUDICIAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS
This site lists judicial education programs since 1990 that were attended by federal and state judges. It includes national, regional, and local programs sponsored by courts, judicial councils or other judicial organizations, bar associations, and law schools. Although no information is provided on future programs, this site is intended to assist program planners in the following ways:
Learning about state-federal education programs occurring elsewhere in the United States.
Discovering topics of interest to state-federal judicial audiences.
Obtaining information about particular programs.
The Federal Judicial Center is providing this information at the request of the Judicial Conference Committee on Federal-State Jurisdiction, which seeks through this project to facilitate the presentation of state-federal judicial education programs throughout the country. The points of view expressed in the state-federal programs listed are not necessarily those of the Federal Judicial Center.
