APPENDICES TO DOCUMENT STIPULATION IN WORDPERFECT FORMAT

Several users have requested that the appendices to the document stipulation, previously available for downloading in a file that could be expanded to a database format, be available for downloading in a file format that, when expanded, could be directly used in WordPerfect 5.1+ formats.

Word processing programs are not well adapted to handle such large files (over 50,000 entries/rows). Even if sufficient memory exists, you may experience substantial delays in trying to locate particular entries. However, to accomomodate these requests, the court has prepared compressed files that, when downloaded and then expanded, can be used by WordPefect 5.1+ programs. Because of the size, the data has been put into 5 separate files and the "description" field has been abbreviated.

It is suggested that, before downloading all five files, you try downloading only one file and then, after expanding the file, try using it in your WordPerfect program. You should use LinePrinter as the font and a Letter-Landscape as the page-size, with 0.4" right and left margins. You will probably want to print the file (rather than simply display it for viewing and searcing).

Note that after downloading, you'll need to expand the file by using a DOS command or, from Windows, the RUN command; i.e., RUN [PATH]APPX1.EXE.
